Tetrahedral generation

At the present time, I have been thinking about possibilities of associated modules. The current undertaking consists in the search of generations, and movement patterns. Respecting this theme, I have an idea about organic projects.

A house, for example, recently schemed, has it generation through tetrahedrons: the main movement organizes the rooms by rotations, like helixes, where the central place is the dining room.

This is the initial module, and preliminary ideas of association.

First and second levels follow the generation like a surrounding movement, around a central skylight.

A House and a Study Room

This house was designed recently. It has a luminous study room, as a successive transformation in the light and materiality, from tenuous and opaque spaces, to translucent spaces.

Economical Housing: replica and quality

Thinking about economical housing, I remember some ideas. In precarious situations the most important theme is the immediate need, then quality standards are affected. The main purpose is the replica, number, and repetition.

A correct purpose, in my opinion, is to study proper spaces, through the economy of the recourses, valid judgment in great buildings, too.
In these images appears the first stage (40 m2), and expansions (56.46 m2). Certainly, are minimal standards, and it’s possible to reach to 45-50 m2 in the first structure.
The most important judgment, in my opinion, is to consider, in a proper design, areas of expansion, and a correct distribution (stairways, furniture, artifacts, doors and windows), saving spaces for the necessary rooms, in a strict way, endeavor of the design.

Vladimir Brontis - Architecture

This design corresponds to Educational Architecture, one of my main themes, of my projects, proposing a generation of movement.
My areas of special interest are educational architecture, and housing. I have been interested in the economical housings, exploring prototypes or models, functional to minimal standards, each model as a replica.
The houses are planned to allow expansion, while all spaces try to get a sense. With front elevation built completely, and also in a discontinuous way, are several designs of prototypes, with two levels, as pieces or parts of an urban project.
